Mathura Kannan is the 25-year-old Junior Director of Simply Empowering that provides the services of Outsource Accounting, Business Advisory & Secretarial Services. She also now guides teenagers & young adults in their personal finance management via her year-long coaching program as well as her workshops. Despite pursuing a career in the finance world, Mathura is also co-founded the Malaysian Social Enterprise Ascendance in 2015, served as a CEO from 2017 to 2020 and now currently serves as an Advisor for the organization. She has received the Diana Award in 2019 for her contributions in humanitarian & social works as a youth as well as awarded as Top 10 Student Key Opinion Leader in Monstar Awards in 2019.
